Jewellery will be accepted for a refund or credit within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, packaging and certificates. Returns will only be accepted (excluding shipping charges) subject to the item being returned in its original, unused, saleable condition.
We do not give refunds for items that have been sized or altered, any gemstones replaced, or jewellery or silver items repaired, altered, or damaged after purchase.
To return an item/s please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com, stating your full name, order number and a reason for the return. We will then be in contact with you to arrange collection of the unwanted items by courier.
Processing Your Refund
Upon receipt of the returned items and provided all items returned meet the return conditions, the method of payment originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery and return charges (*exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt, pending the necessary checking of your returned order. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. Bank transfer refund methods will require 3-5 working days to be processed. Please contact us if your account has not been credited successfully after 10 working days.
