We understand that judging the size, look and feel of a jewellery or silver item online can be tricky, therefore, we offer a full refund for unworn items, that have not been sized, nor any gemstones replaced, or jewellery or silver items repaired after purchase, returned in their original packaging with all tags and packaging intact within 15 working days of delivery. This includes Sale items and Special Offers purchased. Customers must pay the costs associated with shipping and the insurance costs during shipping.
To return an item/s please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com, stating your full name, order number and a reason for the return. We will then be in contact with you to arrange collection of the unwanted items by courier.

We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to return an item and purchase something else, please follow the returns process above, and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
Processing Your Refund
Upon receipt of the returned items and provided all items are returned meeting return conditions, the method of payment originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery and return charges (*exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt, pending the necessary checking of your returned order. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. Bank transfer refund methods will require 3-5 working days to be processed. Please contact us if your account has not been credited successfully after 10 working days.
Returns and Exchanges at Exhibitions/Fairs
Since the judging of size, look and feel of a jewellery or silver item is personally executed at a Fair/Exhibition, we do not offer refunds on items bought at Fairs/Exhibitions. You can, however, return an item and purchase something else with the cost of the item brought back. Should you wish to purchase a more expensive item than the one that was returned, you, the customer, will have to pay in the balance amount.
