Domestic Delivery (within South Africa)

· Standard Local Shipping: R100 - Includes Johannesburg and Pretoria main suburbs only

(Typically 2-3 working days for delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays)*

· Standard Regional/Townships Shipping: R150 - Areas outside Johannesburg and Pretoria within South Africa

(Typically 3-4 working days for delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays)*

· Heavy Goods Domestic Shipping:

Local: R160 - For silver items that weigh 2-10kg

Regional/ Townships: R180 - For silver items that weigh 2-5kg

                                   R200 - For silver items that weigh 5-7kg

                                   R240 - For silver items that weigh 7-10kg

*Please note that delivery times do not reflect the 2-3 working days required for your order to be processed and fulfilled. Therefore, once your order has been placed the minimum number of days required for delivery will be approximately 5-6 working days.

International Delivery

· Standard International Shipping: From R750 

(Typically 5-7 working days for delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays)*

· Heavy Goods International Shipping: From R1500-R4000 (Please contact us for a quote)

*Please note that delivery times do not reflect the 2-3 working days required for your order to be processed and fulfilled. Therefore, once your order has been placed the minimum number of days required for delivery will be approximately 8-11 working days.

 

International Delivery Important Information

As per our Terms and Conditions of sale, when you submit your order, you are offering to buy the product(s) at the price set out in the order. However, import duties and taxes incurred on receiving your order are for your own account. The total cost for the product(s) and delivery charges will be displayed before you confirm your Order and will be set out in the confirmatory email you receive from us, however, we do not give indications for duties and VAT which will be payable once the goods arrive in your country.

 

Delivery on Weekends and Public Holidays

Please note that our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

 

Insurance in transit

Insurance cover is provided FREE OF CHARGE for items in transit. You just pay the shipping and customs duty fees.

 

Damaged or Missing items

If your item/s have not arrived or are damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. If you do not contact us on the same day, within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item, you will not be eligible to return that item to be fixed. Or refunded in the case of a missing item.

If a ring is sized, or any other piece of jewellery or silver article is altered after an item was received and signed for, you will not be eligible to return that item.

 

Receiving your order

All our orders will require a signature on delivery. If you are not available or not at home at the time of delivery, and no one is at home to receive your parcel on your behalf, please rather provide us with your work address for the delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery company will leave a card and telephone number for you to make alternative arrangements. We will attempt two deliveries before your parcel is returned to our depot as a problem parcel. To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'in a safe place' at the address.

 

Delivery Exceptions

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.

 

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are indicative of the time required for delivery only and a further 1-2 working days should be allowed for the items ordered to be packaged and dispatched.
